CRMfusion Support for 501c3 US Organizations or International Charities
On behalf of CRMfusion Inc. we would like to thank you for your interest and support of our data quality products for Salesforce CRM, for use in your nonprofit organization. We feel the work that NFP organizations do around the world is worth our full possible support.
To this end we make our three primary software titles (DemandTools, DupeBlocker and PeopleImport) free to qualified NFP accounts around the world. Requirements are easy, for the US your organization must be 501c3 registered, other country applications are taken on a case by case basis. If your not for profit organization uses Salesforce, regardless of your size our products are usually granted to you for free.
The process to receive a granted subscription of any of our products is simple.
- Begin a regular commercial trial version of the product or products you are interested in using, links for trials are below.
- AFTER creating the trial, send a quick email to nfp@crmfusion.com requesting a grant (please note an actual NFP email account address must be used ( i.e. .org )
- Before your trial version expires and usually within a few days we will grant and convert your trial to a working production account.

Two or three public training sessions are held each month for both DemandTools and PeopleImport. The dates and times as well as enrollment instructions are posted on the DemandTools Today (PeopleImport Today) page when you first login (scroll down).
Technical support is available for NFP organizations but it is prioritized not to delay commercial customers. NFP accounts are HIGHLY encouraged to submit technical support enquiries only to support@crmfusion.com. This will automatically generate a technical support incident number and with our extensive solution bases we answer many questions by email quicker.
